any c-hing ever use g&P crane stock style battery or vfc type crane stock battery for ptw?  if so, what is battery life/how many shot/per charge or does it work at all?  I want to use accurate crane stock but dont want to use LiPo.

What do you mean accurate crane stock? do you mean LMT Stock,  If you use airsoft stock or mil-spec stock, you may need to change your buffer tube to a mil-spec/airsoft spec one. PTW buffer tube is a little bit bigger than airsoft/mil-spec. For the battery, PTW runs better on large type NiCD or NiHM battery, as long as those battery can fit in your stock, there should be no problem of using it.
