I beg most of the government in the world require the applicant have a full knowledge of the official language.

Why Lawyer and Doctor need to have good knowledge in English?! Because it was required in their profession.
With the same idea that she had.... Since majority of the population is Cantonese speaker. Why border to study in English?! Just lower the bar for English proficency...

佢今次真係無野搵野尼講，中國人地方，要成為中國人公僕要識中文有咩咁過份呀？
去到任何地方都係咁架啦，唔通去日本做野又唔洗識日本喇Wor，覺得中文同英文都麻煩咪唔好做囉，返鄉下吧

有D公務員係要考多個試(除非AL 中化有C /以上)
識中文 =/= 考到果個試
