I can only tell you that the rear sight positsion for a hicapa slide compare to a MEU slide is much SMALLER
u probably have to make the rear sight position of the slide much bigger in order to place the MEU rear sight
in conclusion, it is surely not an impossible; but frankly a tough, challenging work...especially if u only got very limited tools
