I wonder are they duly licensed from HK?

and I supposed that suppressor is only for cosmetic purpose...

系某啲州只要拆咗尾托就可以裝上短管當pistol用（不過應該好快會改例）...

You can pay $200 tax stamp, get your local police office sign you a trust ( it wont happen if you are not rich/powerful people) and register it as a Short Barreled Rifle,
The only way to buy a MP5K clone is to buy a MP5 "Pistol" with no stock on it

嗰條跟本吾係suppressor ，只係用黎姐住條管，係美國rifle 槍管嘅長度至少要有16"，mp5先得10" ，當然要加長啦
GSG 輸咗官司俾H&K so this is not licensed , and H&K recently has come up with a MP5 .22 too . Manufactured by Walther and imported by UMAREX

U記真鐵同gbb aeg都做埋

Not true , a rifle is always a rifle , it can never be converted to a pistol, vice versa.
That one is sold as sig 522 "pistol" and it can never have a rifle stock or handgrip unless someone register it as a short barreled rifle

呢支一定係 pistol 了，free states 就唔使 pistol license 買。喺 issue states，就算有個拆得嘅 stock 都屬於 pistol 了。

但係如果你支可以裝托，而你又有一個啱裝嘅托係屋企，而你又無申請嘅話，咁就係short barrel rifle constructive possession 㗎啦喎 ，要係federal prison 坐十年㗎，唔好亂試啊，一陣俾啲黑鬼
