HKSAR must be running very low on cash wor ...
Last time they fine a person HK$2,000 for not going thru the red channel at Law Wu Custom on his way back from Shen Zhen becoz he had a pack of half finished cigarette (which he brought in HK, i.e. with tax rather than from DFS).
I guess it is easier to squeeze money out from average citizen ...
Than from the rich ... becoz their lawyers have teeth!
