Guys, here's the original background shot.

As both of the photos are shot with diff W/B and exposure and DOF, so it's getting difficult to put them in layers.

So finally, I treat it as another PS tutorial, glad u guys like it.

Having considered the location of the light source, and the distance between the SDU and heli, it's hard to say if the shadow can be casted right on the heli.
