verbal opinion only ! Just bullshxt ! no legal responsibility ! Should be PCCW responsibility. The metal grating services cover with PCCW marking clearly seen (grating cover are supply & install by PCCW piror to the brick laying sub-contractor of the main contractor ie. public works dpt.) and irregarding the workmanship of the brick paving sub-constractor. The main point is that due to the nature of the grating cover design which may easily causing such possible fault resulting endanger to any people walk by.......
Of course you need to study the works contract! Architect / Engineer Specification, drawings, method statement before making the jude....
Under the building works contract if no(DLP) included in the clause! The Imply Warranty under the basic law will cover the DLP function!
好明顯個PCCX蓋啲質量出現問題(料薄左! 度致彎起來)!~ 唔比錢或cut cost....啲貨咪出事!
