OK, Finally I changed the title...
Before I title all the ACU equipment as a 垃圾, because ACU OTV body armor is a History already, and now US-Army issuing I-OTV as a Gi issue, Also US govt is going to replace all the old OTV soon. (ACU OTV just use for Iraq for 2 yrs only, What a pity!) I was just tearing about the US govt waste their tax payer money to change their equipment again
