So, you think it is resonable to suspend my website w/o any notice or warning ?
if my storage is overload, you may ask me to delete data, restirct my upload or even pay more money
but you have no reason to suddenly suspend my account w/o any contact
my website is one of the major wargame forum in hong kong, you have suspend my account over 24 hrs and it is really have bad effect for my bussiness
are you taking responsibility for all my lost ?
moreover, i m trying to contact your company since yesterday morning but fail
what a shame i need to contact you via a thrid party ?
what kind of customer service your company provide ?
how much time i still need to wait for your technical (i dunno is it even exisit ?)
if you are not going to solve this problem with me today and
