好耐冇上過嚟，前排返咗香港，再返美國，新工作新安排，好耐都冇坐定過。

一上嚟，咁啱見到有朋友開咗個 TOPIC 講 Mosin-Nagant，咁橋今年開始儲 milsurp (military surplus) rifles，第一支就當然係最平的 Mosin-Nagant 19/30。

另一條 threat 已經有唔少資料，慢慢再講，上圖先。

Mosin-Nagant 一向都係最平的 milsurp rifle，普通冇特別的型號，一直唔使 $100 美金，今年忽然升價一陪，有部份型號更升得多。

Anyway，呢支 rifle 係我上本地一個 firearm forum 同網友吹水時傾返嚟，支槍已經清晒 cosmoline，唔使我再洗得咁辛苦，全套齊全，個油罐始終有太多 cosmoline 我冇攞出嚟影相，賣家重俾埋本 instruction book 俾我。

上圖見到 receiver 上面刻有，三角型入面有個箭頭，同埋年份，說明生產於 1939 年前蘇聯 Izhevsk 廠，如果係 Tula 廠會更值錢。Receiver 係圓型，戰時產物。八角型 receiver 數量較少，亦非戰時產物。

中國用的 Mosin-Nagant 係 M44 型號，carbine 槍身短好多，中文叫「五三式」。相信我二月份會再買多支 M44。而五三式亦有唔少貨，但大部份都好殘，而且 local 槍店都冇晒貨，呢啲平價貨隔山打牛寄到嚟都唔知殘成點，如果唔係親眼見到，都唔會買中國版了。

子彈方面，網上依然有好多 7.62 x 54r 供應，但比上年已經少好多了，所以分開面次，order 咗 880 粒 Bulgarian，同 880 粒 Russian，總共 1760 粒 surplus ammo。由於子彈用 spam can 封存，就算幾十年都依然好似新嘅一樣。

入子彈，可以開咗個 bolt 續粒入，又或者用 stripper clip，五粒裝好入 clip，reload 時一撳就全部入晒去，慳返啲時間。

我上網買咗另外兩把 battle rifles，聽日會去 FFL (Federal Firearms License) 度攞返屋企。因從外州買槍，支槍係唔可以直接寄到屋企，一定要俾錢 FFL 做 background check、收件等。

聽日去到，會順便叫佢幫我訂支 Mosin-Nagant M44，呢支更好玩，因槍管短，每次開槍，barrel 出嚟個火球超勁。

可惜呢排太凍，遲少少去 shooting range 試槍後再講。

you can get a C&R license (FFL 03) to have your C&R eligible firearms ship to your home directly

But if you're a C&R, the government would send someone to inspect your home time after time. And there're some regulations to follow. Just wanna stay away from all these. My FFL only charges $25 per transaction. Not too bad.

$70 for FFL transfer is super expensive. FFL in my county and the next county only charge $30. My FFL is even cheaper at $25. They're super fast too. They're working on the Mosin-Nagant M44 now. Hope I'll get the rifle in two weeks.

Many reviews of SAMCO are very bad. People got their rifle with unsecured package, rusty gabbage, etc. But some people say they're okay, just slow in shipping. Don't know about California laws. They ban the bayonet or the grenade launcher or the magazine?

Anyway, those Yugo SKSs come in crates like new. I think if I order one, I would order from SAMCO if by the time I couldn't find another source. The grenade launcher is fun to shoot with a blank round and a fake grenade attached to it.

The Grenade launcher is illegal because Dianne Feinstein thinks people have grenades handy   

anyway the GL must be drilled in order for it to be imported....

Don't be sorry for your state. I live in New York. The governor passed the new laws last month under the cover of the night. We're suffering even more than Californians.

However, we're organizing up to file some lawsuits against the new laws. L
